By submitting this form, I accept responsibility for the WPLA Boat Ramp Key noted below. Further,
- I agree to not duplicate this key.
- I agree to not loan this key to non-WPLA Members.
- I agree to not allow non-WPLA Members access to the boat ramp unless I accompany them on a Member’s boat.
- I agree to secure and lock the boat ramp gate after each entry and exit, before I leave the boat ramp area.
- I will not intentionally damage the lock, chain or gate.
- I agree to pay a $100 lost key replacement charge if I lose my key.
- I understand that I will be charged $50 per violation occurrence, and that repeat violations can result in loss of boat ramp access, and may terminate my membership.
